NC State Dining Offers Students an Opportunity to Donate Guest Meals to Help Classmates
For the second year in a row, students can donate their extra guest swipes starting December 2 to the Pack Meal Share program. The donated swipes are redistributed to students who are experiencing food insecurities. Almost 1500 swipes have been redistributed this fall and last spring semester from previous donations. This semester’s goal is to reach 1500 donated guest swipes. Students can donate swipes until the goal is met or until Dec. 22.

NC State Hosts Conference for Military-Affiliated Students and Veterans
As a regional site for the Student Transition Resource Initiative for Veteran's Education (STRIVE) conference, NC State recently served 378 participants, a total nearly equaling last year’s attendance for all four regions. The university continues to strengthen its community of military-affiliated and veteran students through the Military and Veterans Services Center. Private support, like that from NC State University Foundation Board member Jeff Wright, is helping the center become self-sustaining.
More Than a Gym: Renovation Marks New Chapter for Wellness and Recreation
For nearly 60 years, Carmichael Gymnasium has served as the home for recreation and fitness at NC State. Construction on a new wellness facility is underway, and soon, it will match other extraordinary places on campus.
