Data Visualization in the “Fake News” Era

Data journalism pioneer Mona Chalabi addressed issues of honesty, accuracy and accessibility in data visualizations in a lecture at Hunt Library on March 27, part of the NCSU Libraries Presents “Coffee & Viz” series, which is sponsored by the Eastman University Engagement Fund. Many of the popular free public programs at the libraries are possible because of private support.
