More than a Building
Engineering Building Oval (EB Oval) is a priority project for NC State and the College of Engineering. Meet alumni Aaron Isbell, David Whitley and Chuck Wilson Jr., who have donated toward the project.
Breaking New Ground on Centennial Campus
In late February, contractors began site work for Engineering Building Oval, the College of Engineering’s newest academic and research building, scheduled to open in June 2020. The future home of the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering, the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and the dean’s administration is the next step in the unification of the college on Centennial Campus. The facility also represents a first-of-its-kind infrastructure project for NC State, using a unique public-private partnership.
