Enhancing Student Success
The Student Success Fund gives families the opportunity to have a direct impact on students’ experience at NC State by providing critical dollars to support many of the far-reaching programs and services within Academic and Student Affairs not currently supported by tuition and state funding alone.
- Supporting students on the path to graduation with academic enrichment opportunities and support services like the University Honors and Scholars Programs and the University Tutorial Center.
- Providing leadership development opportunities for students by shaping global perspectives during Alternative Service Break trips, and through service-learning experiences with the Center for Student Leadership, Ethics and Public Service.
- Preparing students for the future. Our graduates are highly recruited and we’re helping students gain the practical experience that employers are looking for by providing hands-on learning opportunities with the Office of Undergraduate Research. The Career Development Center arms students with the tools they’ll need in the workplace and helps build connections with some of the world’s most innovative organizations.
Other Giving Opportunities for Parents
In addition to the Student Success Fund, there are many other opportunities for families to enhance the student experience at NC State. You may choose to support funds with which you have a personal connection, such as your child’s college, or you may wish to direct your support to student scholarships, the libraries, Arts NC State, or one of the many other impactful initiatives on campus.
No matter how you choose to give, your contributions impact the success of all NC State students and enable us to expand and enhance academic enrichment opportunities.
