Many of these projects are designed to strengthen our relationships with alumni and friends and to provide support for campus programs and college partners. Here are just a few of the university-wide projects that will be supported by the Achieve! campaign.
The Centennial Campus Golf Course
The NC State Golf Course, its clubhouse and a research and training facility will cover approximately 200 acres of the southernmost portion of Centennial Campus. This Arnold Palmer Signature Course will be an 18-hole, 6,915-yard, par 71 public course with practice range and greens. These new facilities will support the academic and athletic needs of the university, provide the community with a beautiful public golf course and create an environmentally-friendly neighbor for the area. Park Alumni Center
Funds from the Achieve! campaign will also be used to complete construction on the Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center, a 59,000-square-foot gathering place built on a bluff overlooking Lake Raleigh and the Centennial Campus community. The Park Alumni Center will serve as an on-campus destination for reunions, postgame receptions, parties, seminars and more involving NC State’s 145,000 alumni. It has taken over a decade for the center to become reality and, once completed, it will be one of the finest alumni centers in America. For more information on the Center, please click here.
