The Chancellor’s Circle recognizes alumni and friends who make significant outright gifts to NC State University. Membership is renewable annually and is based on an individual’s giving record for the University’s fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). Corporate matching gifts are included in the donor’s gift total.
The five levels of the Chancellor’s Circle are designated as follows:
Visionary
The highest level of the Chancellor’s Circle comprises donors whose annual giving totals $25,000 or more.
Pacesetter
Donors whose annual giving totals $10,000 to $24,999 are recognized as a Chancellor’s Circle Pacesetters.
Partner
Donors qualify as Partners of Chancellor’s Circle if their annual giving totals $5,000 to $9,999.
Patron
Donors are honored as Patrons of Chancellor’s Circle if their annual giving totals $2,500 to $4,999.
Member
Donors whose annual giving totals $1,000 to $2,499 are recognized as Members of the Chancellor’s Circle.
New Generation
Donors who graduated in the past ten years are eligible for New Generation membership for annual giving totals of $500 to $999.
