A $1 million gift from the Bank of America Foundation enabled the College of Management to establish its Enterprise Risk Management Initiative… In 2007, the Deloitte Foundation provided funding to establish the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Professorship, currently held by Mark Beasley, director of the Enterprise Risk Management Initiative… IBM selected NC State as one of its lead universities for developing new curricula in the field of Services Science, Management and Engineer (SSME) in 2006… In 2007, Xerox and the College of Management established a three-year collaborative project that will lead to new graduate courses in professional service management and innovation management… A gift commitment from the BB&T Charitable Foundation will support establishment of the BB&T Center for the Study of Free Markets and Institutions in the College of Management.
